6. Builder / Developer Use Restriction

DS2 designs are created for individual client use only.

Builders, developers, or investors may not:

• reuse a purchased design across multiple properties

• apply designs to spec homes or developments

• replicate DS2 packages at scale

For multi-property or commercial usage, a separate licensing agreement is required.

Unauthorized reproduction constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
